New Patient Referral Program

Care to Share is a program created to encourage patients to invite their friends and family to join our practice. It is also a way we can thank our patients for referrals.

When a friend or family member visits our office, the Care-to Share Program entitles them to $50 credit to be used towards their balance. We will also extend a $50 credit to the referring patient for future balance. We appreciate your trust and confidence. Thank you for helping our practice continue to grow.
